Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During sales, festive seasons, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

• Free shipping within Malaysia on orders over RM150.
• For orders below RM150, a flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.
• Worldwide delivery is available, with international rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and may vary during peak periods.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track it anytime from your account dashboard. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

For deliveries outside Malaysia, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Please check your country’s rules before ordering.

If your parcel is delayed, hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
