We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. Here’s how returns, exchanges, and quality issues are handled.

1. Our Quality Promise
Every Sara Sajeeda piece is checked before it’s sent to you. If something isn’t right — a fault in the fabric or stitching, or the wrong item — we’ll make it right.
2. Returns & Exchanges Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges for a different size are subject to stock availability.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- We may decline returns that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage not present at delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale and clearance pieces (unless faulty).
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Custom or altered orders.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
6. Refunds & Return Shipping
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; for faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
